Adult Women's Workshop Programs

This workshop is designed and taught by women for women. Our expert instructors will help you become a confident skier/rider using a unique approach that concentrates on both the physical and mental aspects of the sport.

Dates for Winter 2007/08:
Tuesdays and Saturdays 10am – noon, not offered during holiday periods.

Full-Day Women’s Workshops

Full-day women's workshops include 4 hours of instruction from 10-12 pm and 1-3 pm with the same instructor, all mountain lift ticket and lunch. They are available in one-day or two-day programs on special dates during the winter. The two-day program includes a Welcome Reception.

If you are looking for an enjoyable way to spend a day or two and learn a lot on the slopes of Mount Sunapee this is the program for you.
